Trooper, The Frozen Rescued Cat , Passed Over The Bridge...

He became a viral world star when the group Band Trooper invited him to their musical performance in Pasadena.

On the morning of Friday past it was clear Trooper wasn’t feeling very well and was brought to the West Coast Veterinary Services and there he unfortunately died.

Delores Samms, the kind person who adopted Trooper  and her sister Gwen Samms, president of SCAPA, were with him on his final moments on Thursday morning and Gwen called it a terrible loss.

He was resting wrapped in the flags given to the cat by two of his greatest fans when they came to visit him – Monika Mattsson of Sweden and June Wishart of Scotland.

Linda Sheppard of Deer Lake, great supporter of Trooper, said his unexpected and sudden death was really upsetting , but united the world in compassing the cat.

He had more than 4,000 supporters across the globe on his website “Troopers for Trooper.”

Sheppard said Trooper was living happy life for about 5 years after the rescue.
