His human was playing on his computer not paying attention for his cat. This kitty is very playful and would do anything for attention. This kitten is very active and playful. She will play all day long. But, i never seen a cat to bite his human for attention.
But, his human really enjoys his time on computer. We know that cats like to play with their humans. It is very interesting to watch this video. You have to see it for yourself.
