When the little buddy noticed him, immediately run to this guy. He was so happy to see this human. It was clearly that someone abandoned him. Probably, his previous owners left him. He loved to play with this person.
Just see how friendly he is. This man returned home and brings him food and water and then called animal rescue to help this puppy. Now this little dog is adopted and living a happy life in his new home.
