This is one of the worst cases of neglected dog. He was confiscated from his owner after someone called the police and informed them of this case. The previous owner didn`t care for his dog. The dog was chained all the time.
You can see the burn marks around the neck and all over his body. He also had mange. Poor buddy was in terrible health shape. Luckily, he was rescued by Sidewalk Special – organization for helping animals.
The dog probably thought that no one will care for him. But, when he arrived at the facility there was soft bed for him. He couldn`t be more happier. He never had a bed before… He was also brought to a vet.
After some time he completely recovered. Kind woman decided to adopt him. Now he is a part of family and has dogs and cats as new friends. We are so happy for him.
