How can anyone on Earth do this on his dog? However, the important thing is that this dog was noticed by some kind people. They heard his crying for help. They immediately jumped into action and rescue him.
He was starving… Who knows how many days he was staying there. Poor buddy … He is about 5 years old and now is waiting for some kind human to adopt him. He is in good health condition. They never found his previous owners. Just look at him now , he is so happy !
