More Than 70 Cats Rescued From One House

Today we have some shocking and almost unbelievable news coming from San Antonio. Animal Care Services was doing their ordinary jobs, but this day they got some strange call. Someone called them with shocking information.

At first they couldn`t believe their ears. The man told them that there is a large number of cats in one house. They thought that the man was talking for about 5-6 felines. They immediately went to check that place.

When they arrived at the house they couldn`t believe their eyes. They found more than 70 cats wandering the house.

Animal Care Services from San Antonio entered a house in San Antonio with a shocking alarm call Monday morning, after neighbor called them with shocking information involving more than 70 cat.

Before noon, they had already saved 14 cats from the house, based in the 6900 block of Wright Way. They rescued the cats in kennels aboard ACS trucks.

By 2 p.m., the officers had caught more than 45 cats.

Felines were running from room to room in the two-story house as rescuers were catching the felines, mostly black and grey ones. This house was probably kennel for cats. The police will come with more information.

This is not the first case of too many cats at a house in less than a 10 days.

The first case involved cats turning on each other when they were locked into an apartment for some 15 days after the owner moved and never return back for the cats.

However, the cats in second case were luckily rescued, and now they are in shelters. After the medical check they will be put for adoption. We hope they will find forever homes and kind humans to care for them. They really deserve that.
