WALES – These cute animals were found completely by chance after council workers heard their meowing when they were taking out some rubbish.
These two tiny kitties were discovered literally dumped in a tied carrier bag inside a bin.
Council workers heard their desperate crying coming from behind the harbor master’s office in Porthmadog when they went to get rid of some rubbish earlier today.
Whoever dumped the white and black little kitties tied the handles of a Tesco carrier bag together tightly to keep them inside.
At this moment, they have been taken in by Gwynedd Council staff who have now reported the incident to the RSPCA.
An inspector from the charity is due to arrive tomorrow to bring the kitties and carry out investigations.
