Some cats don’t react very well to having a new infant in the home. One minute, they’re the only baby in the house, and all of sudden they’re no longer the center of their humans’ worlds.
Panda the cat had a completely different reaction to her owner’s new arrival. That’s because she got to know her little new buddy before he was even born!
Liel Ainmar Assayag realized that her feline Panda showing a strange amount of affection for her pregnant belly.
“She began following me everywhere around the house, tucking her head on my pregnant belly, purring and meowing,” the cat-owner said.
Panda looks right at home in her “natural habitat.”
But when the baby, a boy named Sean, was born, Liel wasn’t sure how Panda would react to the new member of the family.
It took the cute cat a little bit of time to get used to the disappearance of her owner’s belly, but very soon, she and Baby Sean became best buddies.
“Now, four months later, she jumps on the bed near him, smells him, sits next to him.”
This small boy is really lucky to have been born to such a loving a mother and a loyal cat companion. They were made for each other! The little kid will have a best friend. They will play together all day. This is clear evidence that cats have feelings.
