Norland the pit bull little pup was rejected by his mother at birth. When he was brought to the Cleveland Animal Protective League at 1 day old, the stuff from the shelter knew that they had to do everything they can immediately to save the little puppy.
So they came up with an amazing plan and hoped for the best. And it worked!
