This kitty was born in a foster home. She was adopted in new home and everyone was happy. However, this happiness was for a short time. Her owners returned her to the same shelter. They said the kitty was hyperactive.
She was devastated and heartbroken. Rossie is the cat with unique personality. She just needs some time to adapt to her new home. She was waiting to be adopted for the 3 time. She decided to change that. She began pawing on the glass. Couple noticed her and adopted her and gave her forever home.
