Many cats are very talkative. They will have a nice ” conversation” with their owner. it looks like they want to tell us something. In most cases we can`t understand them. Probably they want to tell us that they are hungry or want to play with us.
This kitty is very strange. When her human asked her something she sounds like saying “I Don’t know”. I simply love when they make the chirping noises, it just melts my heart! Love it! Cute kitty! Her chirping sounds are hilarious!
