Men Tries To Pet This Big Lynx, Then It Does Something Really Unexpected

Meet Max Lynx, the educational animal ambassador . He takes a break  to get some good scratching’ before he sits down to enjoy his meal time. He was born at a zoo in May 2011. He’s not entirely domesticated but not  wild either.

He educates the people on the endangered Canada Lynx and we hope that humans will be encouraged to keep our environment and take care of our wildlife. He is NOT declawed. In the winter he weighs about 40 pounds and in summer about 34.

He has about 4 inches of fur in this video which makes him look a bit fat….I mean fluffy! This video is not taken at his human`s house. Max has his own private outdoor and indoor housing.

When we usually think of wild cats, we imagine them as powerful kings of the jungle. While that in fact is not wrong at all, it can be interesting to find how much they really have in common with our common domesticated house felines!

Take Max the lynx for example. He looks like enormous, frightening  wild animal at first look, but just watch what happens when his caretaker tries out to pet him!
