This Poor Kitten Survived An Scary Accident And Lost Her Face, But Everyone Still Loves Her

This cat survived a scary accident when she was only 4 weeks old. She was hit by a speeding car.

A young kind man heard her desperate meowing after a several days of the accident and rescued her. He took the kitten to the Chevy Chase Animal Clinic and gave the vets a bit of money to help the kitten as much as they can do and luckily find her a home. A new vet tech, Melissa, was working in that place.

The vets told her she have to care for the kitten. She brought the kitty to her home at night and on weekends to give the cat additional care that she needed while was recovering. The kitten got her hind leg amputated and over the time her eyelids, nose and skin sloughed off from the face from the stress of the accident.

The kitten got a plastic surgery. Unluckily, surgery was unsuccessful. This cat had to live looking a much different from her other kitten buddies. The kitten adapted to his new life very fast and even though she doesn`t have eyelids she can still sleep well, but she prefer to go to sleep in a dark room or under the sofa .

Her caretaker, Melissa, was taking a proper care of her. The kitty needs a bit of extra care to keep my eyes in well condition. She get artificial tears added 3-4 times daily, as well as antibiotic drops and steroid drops as required.

This brave kitten has a perfect vision and loves to catch crickets and flies and Her face maybe looks pink but that is just a tissue and the fur will never grow back. This kitty is NOT IN ANY PAIN! She is very friendly and loving cat. She loves to play with other cats and dogs really likes to lick them.
