Two stray cats were reunited and wouldn’t let go of each other. This is their amazing love story.
Meet Neelix and Maravel!
Neelix and Maravel were born in a feral cat colony with over 300 other cats. When staff from TinyKittens, a rescue group in British Columbia, found Needlix, she was pregnant. “She gave birth for the last time in our center,” the rescue group said.
As cute as she was as a mama, Neelix was very suspicious about humans and was not prepared to share a home with the humans.
In the same time, Maravel was doing very well with his caregivers and becoming more friendly each day. Then one day, the rescuers decided it was perfect time to find him a forever home. “We thought Neelix might enjoy his company while she recovered from her spay.”
They took Maravel to meet Neelix for the first time after she was saved. “What happened next amazed us.”
It was obvious that the two saved feral cats shared a strong bond.
“He made her feel protected, and she loved him.”
