Just like in the movies, the kitty chooses you, you don’t chose the kitty. ”…now we have a cat.” Fizz was sitting in the garden with his son a several days ago when he heard meowing in the woods.
“Without thinking I meowed back, then the kitty came out,” he told Love Meow. “This tiny small buddy came out directly from the woods by our house and climbed right up in my lap.”
They tried everything to find a mother, but unfortunately without positive results. “My wife was not too excited at the idea of leaving the kitty alone outside overnight but I figured I should give the mother a chance to come back and take her little baby.” But the following morning, the little kitten was waiting at their back door. “One vet and pet store trip to pick up a clean bill of health and some much-needed kitty supplies and now…we have a cute cat,” Fizz added. “Wife is excited. Three year old son is also really excited.
“We decided to name it Auri (From The Name of The Wind by Pat Rothfuss, because she’s our little moon fae),” Fizz told Love Meow.
“As soon as I saw her (the first day) I knew she was going to be our cat – even after I tried to convince myself otherwise.” Share Auri on Facebook!

This kitten was so lucky to find his new family. Now she is the cutest member of the family. Everybody loves this kitten. She is cared very well.
