Kind Woman Made A “Cat Ladder” For Stray Kitties So They Could Come Inside When It’s Cold Outside. This winter was very cold in Turkey, and so, one wonderful woman did an amazing solution to help the freezing stray kitties – she decide to make a cat ladder that leads directly to her apartment.

“I build this ladder so the kitties can come into my warm home,” Sebnem Ilhan said to The Dodo. She is working as a dentist and she decided to do this after noticing stray cats freezing outside, and decided to turn her home into warm place for living for these cats.

But, she wasn’t so sure how her neighbors might react to this ladder to her windows, so she decided to put some ornaments.

“I thought if I put some flower pots there, it wouldn’t bother anyone,” she went on to say.

But it turns out that everyone agreed with her.

Making a ‘cat ladder’ is not the only way Ilhan helping kittens in need – this woman also volunteers to care for stray puppies and kitties at a local rescue.
